I run, bike, and swim. Mostly training for triathlons, but I race whatever's on the calendar. Current focus is qualifying for the 2027 70.3 World Championships.

Race Results
HYROX NYX
First HYROX race. Eight 1km runs combined with eight functional fitness stations. Solid performance across all stations with consistent pacing throughout.
Valencia Marathon
Marathon PR at 2:54:05 on one of the world's fastest courses. Executed the race plan well and achieved multiple personal bests including 30K split at 1:59:52.
LETSGOOO - Half Marathon
Half marathon PR at 1:19:25. Strong negative split with even pacing throughout. Also set PRs across multiple distances including 5K (18:36), 10K (37:22), and 20K (1:15:17).
Local Olympic Triathlon
First Olympic distance triathlon. Swim was rough, bike was solid, and I held together on the run. Decent result for a first attempt.
